15 ways to use Frankincense

Frankincense is such a beautiful, powerful oil. 

It is used for everything from immune support, inflammation, skin issues, supporting the thyroid, cellular health, brain health and so much more!
Here are my 15 favorite ways to use Frankincense:
1. For seasonal immune support, rub 1 drop on the bottoms of the feet each day.
2. For stress, rub 1 drop of Frankincense on the back of the neck.
3. Frankincense can pass through the blood brain barrier, so is amazing support for brain health. Rub one drop on the back of the neck near the brain stem.
4. At the end of a long day, you can add 1 drop of Frankincense and 1 drop of Lavender to a warm bath and soak.
5. Add Frankincense to your Immune blend (in a 10 ml Roller bottle mix 20 drops OnGuard 15 drops Melaleuca, 10 drops Oregano, 10 drops Frankincense)Top with FCO. Rub a few swipes on bottom of feet and across throat as often as needed.
6.To reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, or blemishes, add 1 drop of Frankincense to your favorite face cream and rub into the skin.
7. To help reduce inflammation in the body, rub 1-2 drops on the bottoms of the feet each day or onto the area of concern.
8. For a good night's sleep, diffuse 2 drops of Lavender and 2 drops of Frankincense in your room while sleeping.
9. To reduce healing time on a cut or burn, combine 1 drop of Frankincense with 1 tablespoon of Fractionated Coconut Oil and rub directly on the cut or burn. (or just apply neat)
10. For head tension, place 1 drop of Frankincense onto your thumb, and then, press the thumb to the roof of your mouth and hold for about 20 seconds.
11. For daily thyroid support, combine 10 drops each of Frankincense, Myrrh, Lemongrass, Basil, and Marjoram in a 10 ml glass roller ball. Fill the rest of the bottle up with Fractionated Coconut Oil. Then, apply a few swipes to the bottoms of the feet each day.
12. For cellular health throughout your body, add one drop Frankincense to 8 oz of water (fill glass halfway, add oil, then fill the rest of the way so the oil disperses and you don't get oil on your lips).
13. Use Frankincense on base of neck for deeper focus in meditation.
14. For worrisome bumps and blemishes, apply one drop 1-4 times per day until worrisome bump goes away.
15. Emotional balance: use aromatically and topically to get from Separated to Unified.
